Wills and Estates

One of our core beliefs as a firm is respect, and that goes a long way when discussing Wills and Estates. Whatever the legal process may entail, our caring team will aim to assist you both expertly and proficiently. By enacting our services, you can have peace of mind that your assets and estate will be given to the people you love so that you can continue to care for them. Some issues we can help with include:

Making a Will: We can help prepare a legal Will to ensure your estate is given to those you care about to financially and personally provide for them

Powers of Attorney: Powers of Attorney are formal legal documents that give someone else the power to make decisions on your behalf.

Appointment of an Enduring Guardian: An Enduring Guardian is granted the power to make health and living decisions on your behalf if you are unable to make or express those decisions. These decisions can be set out by you in the form of an Advance Care Directive.

Administration: To make the handling of your loved one’s Will and Estate smooth and efficient, we can assist the Will’s executor in all necessary matters.

Life Insurance and Superannuation: As part of Estates and Wills, a person’s superannuation may also be contested, as well as any life insurance policies that may be applicable.
